Government approves draft law on
private investment
- The new text is intended to de-bureaucratise and simplify all
administrative procedures related to investment, establishing the
system of
prior declaration, where a final decision on investments of between US$50,000
and US$5 million will be taken within 15 days. Investments exceeding US$5
