Luanda - 1/12/09 The National Private Investment Agency (ANIP) has encouraged the co-ordination of investments between Angolan and Vietnamese businesspeople, with participations and partnerships that result in mutual benefits, ANGOP has learnt.
ANIP's representative to the Angola/Vietnam business forum, António Prata, said during the meeting that this strategy of internationalisation with the spirit of opening and tolerance, shows how to move towards a lasting strategic partnership.
António Prata said that there are in Angola guarantees of favourable conditions for investment in Angola, such as protection and security for foreign investment, transference of incomes and dividends to other countries.
The incentives depend on the areas in which the investor want to operate, with priority to the zones that were more affected by the armed conflict and in need of basic infrastructures.
Led by Vietnam's minister of Construction, Nguyen Hong Quan, the team comprises businesspeople from the areas of chemistry, textiles and agro-industry, building materials, fertilisers and civil engineering.
