Luanda 30/6/09 – A government delegation led by the deputy minister of Industry, Kiala Gabriel, is since last Saturday in an official visit to the United States of America, to take part in a workshop on investment opportunities in industrial and agriculture sectors in Angola, at the invitation of the Angolan embassy to the US.
After arriving there, the mission took part in New York in a commercial event, organised by American National Association of Tasteful Dishes, that happens twice per year, whose main objective is to encourage international clients, promoting trading exchanges and attracting foreign investments.
Participants of the event attended a trading show, with industrialised food products, exhibition for wholesale for international clients, and visiting a gastronomy show.
The event was attended by the representatives from South Africa, Morocco, Brazil, Mexico, China, India, Turkey and US’ South Carolina.
