Dondo 9/27/08 – Kambambe district, northern Kwanza Norte province, will this year benefit from a new hotel, which will be built at Alto Dondo locality, under the private investment which is estimated at USD two million.
Speaking to ANGOP on Saturday, the official in charge of the project, Francisco Aranda Proença said that the work, which is expected to be implemented in three phases, comprises a total of 40 rooms, restaurant and swimming pool, and the first phase will cover 26 rooms.
The official added that the project will definitively be concluded by late 2010.
After its conclusion, the undertaking will generate 100 jobs, 60 of which in the first phase.
